The scale of overall global filter market is about USD 70 billion, of which, the scale of air filter market is about USD 10.3 billion. Most of the air filters are used in large-scale industrial applications, including the applications in air-conditions and air filters in hospitals. The second largest application filed is in commercial and scientific research aspect.

In the fields of high efficiency air filter and dust collection application, membrane filters will replace the fine glass fiber filters soon.
